Nvidia Corporation has announced recruitment for the post Electrical Engineer. Applicants should have completed B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech - Electrical from a recognized University and candidates with 0-3 years of experience are eligible for this position mentioned below.
Candidate should Develop layouts for full custom memory designs including logic, bitcells, sense amplifiers and Should have under standing of basic memory layout architecture, optimize layouts for high density, and robustness. Familiarity in various physical verification checks DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, IR, Noise etc. and have Understanding and working knowledge of good layout practices in lower process nodes like 28nm, 16nm and have Good understanding of deep sub-micron and DFM issues in layout design
