Candidate should possess Working knowledge of the design and implementation of network, software and hardware solutions and Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies (new database platforms, operating systems, mail platforms, etc.) and possess Proficiency with Wireshark for troubleshooting HTTP and possibly VoIP traffic and manage Writing system-level test cases or writing use case narratives.
