Candidate should be Solving Technical Queries of customers related to UPS and batteries of APC by Schneider and Registering complaints of customers using In touch and Sales force ( CRM ) applications.

Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution and manage Co-Ordination with service planning and escalation team for faster resolution and Offer technical troubleshooting to the customers.
