Job description:

1. Component level and Board level PCB Servicing of motion control products like PLCs, Drives, and motors.
2. Replacement of spares, alignment of encoders etc.
3. Identify the root cause of the failure, record and analyse to ensure that the failure does not repeat.
4. Onsite visits to understand technical complaints received from Customers.
5. Generation of Inspection and Service reports.
6. Analysis of product repairs are mandatory to minimise the number of Complaints.
7. Speedy turn around of products.
8. Taking preventive steps to ensure the product uptime and Reliability.
9. To ensure the measurement devices and repair equipments are in accurate working condition.
10. Calibration of Electronic devices are required from time to time.
11. To maintain stock of fast moving spares.
12. Identify cost effective and reliable suppliers of spares.
