Job description:
- Preparing engineering drawing using Auto CAD
- Design of Module Mounting structures and preparation of Manufacturing drawings.
- Responsible for Design and BOM.BOQ for entire Electrical Design DC& AC side of Solar Plant.
- Selection & Sizing of various Electrical Equipment's,preparation of Engineering Documents.
- Prepared the power cable Schedule, cable sizing and BOQ calculation, cable tray route drawing preparation, cable tray Mounting and other details preparation, requirement of power junction Boxes(PJB) as per calculation.
- standard installation details. designing of basic engineering which includes SLD, Switchyard Engg.,Electrical layout,Sectional Layout, General Arrangement Layout as site condition.
- Site survey and carry out technical Feasibility Analysis.
- Perform PV energy simulation on softwae's like PVSTYS ect.
- Shadow analysis using PVSyst and Google sketch up ect.
- Transformer sizing calculation. inverter sizing calculation, HT/LT (PCCMCC) Boards Specs, Control Scheme preparation.
- Bill of material given by vendor with technical specification for major equipment like Transformer, HTBoards,PCC,MCC,Battery & Battery Charges ect.
