Qualification : Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, Diploma - Any Specialization

Experience: 2-5 Years

CTC: 2.00-3.50 Lacs PA

Job description:

(1) To attend service and maintenance calls on CNC machinery like Mazak,Makino,BFW, Grind Master,Landis, Heller, Huller Hille, LMW, Universal, Lokesh, EMT, LMW, Kitamura, Protech, PMT, ABB Robot , Fanuc Robot, Marposs Gauging, Induction Hardening & Gudel Gantry etc.
(2) Perform repairs and conduct proactive maintenance on CNC machines at Machine shop independantly and along with Leadec team.
(3) Hands on experience in machine maintenance work is a must. Knowledge of parts drawing skills to understand and interpret.Able to configure Shaft, gears, spindle / ball screw assemblies and machine elements with material spec.
(4) Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.
(5) Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Good Maintenance standards & practices..
(6) Ability to work in a team atmosphere and in individual situations.
(7) Should have exposure of crankshaft machining machine shop maintenance
(8)Should have exposure of Gantry operated machining line 
(9) Hand on experience of grinding Machine maintenance "
Knowledge on Trouble shooting in CNC HMI screen , Electrical/Electronics field elements , CNC system parts, PLCs, Robot, Gantry controller and accessories.
(10)ble to read, decode Electrical, CNC and PLC m/c drawings, Ladder , etc.
