About the Company:
- Providing technical advice and answering queries from clients.
- Responsible for demonstration, installation, commissioning, training of the cleaning equipment.
- Repair and troubleshooting of cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers and steam cleaners.
- Train and motivate dealers & other service executives to provide a better understanding of the products.
- Help company achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
- Writing reports, documentations and ensure prompt reporting to respective heads.
