Job description:
- Man Management Allocation of Manpower
- Distribution of Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance Ensure all the equipments have got AMC's.
- Do a check of the equipment as per the chart given.
- Ensure servicing of the equipment is done as per plan.
- Maintaining logbook of all equipment.
- D.G.Set Maintenance
- A.C.Ducting
- Fixtures Maintenance Maintaining logbook of all fixtures.
- Ensuring all the fixtures are in presentable condition.
- All the fixtures should be free from breakages
- Building Maintenance Ensure building Licenses are proper.
- Ensuring the building has neutralizers.
- The cabling is laid proper.
- Ensure water proofing is done
- Building is in presentable condition.
- Energy Conservation Identify sources of energy consumption.
- Segregate essential and non-essential sources
- Follow all maintenance procedures and increase efficiency of the equipment
- Find out ways and means of reducing the electricity unit consumption
- Conserve water consumption.
